PAWfest

DISH held a concert at the corporate offices for all employees and their families each summer.  What started as back patio BBQ and Beer, turned into a full fledge concert by 2015!  Our approach was so loved by the partners at Scripps and the band that they added additional funds for stage banners and to blow out giveaways; from t-shirts and tattoos, to limited run screen printed posters.  We hyped the concerts for weeks with hanging atrium banners and hype video. Charlie Ergen was featured in Business Journal for the success and it has since been a selling point for new employees.
